Sri Vani Education Centre has grown from humble roots that first sprouted in 1966. The brainchild of famous philanthropist the Late R S Hanumantha Rao, the school first opened its doors with just 18 children on its rolls. Today, Sri Vani Education Centre operates three campuses and has more than 5500 children studying here.
Sri Vani Education Centre has three campuses – Ramavana at Rajajinagar, Shamavana at Basaveshwarnagar and Hanumavana off Magadi Road. While Ramavana and Shamavana offer both ICSE and State Board syllabi, Hanumavana is dedicated completely to the CBSE syllabus. This gives parents a choice of schools and boards when it comes to admission.
A feather in the cap of Sri Vani Education Centre is the Science Park. The Sri Vani Science Park is an attempt by the visionary Late Sri R S Hanumantha Rao at making education more meaningful. Set in the Hanumavana campus of the Sri Vani Education Centre School, off Magadi road, the Science Park stands as the only one of its kind. Spread over four and half acres, this place is a green haven. All exhibits here are related to various aspects of study – plants, life size animal models, an open air physics lab, a geological and physical science museum, a rock garden and a biodiversity park make this an educational paradise.

In 2012 they decided to offer the Cambridge International curriculum to their patrons and their wards. The trust garnered by the school in all these years surely bore fruit. This wing that offers international standards of curriculum transaction has been growing brighter and brighter.
Recently one of our students, master Sai Shyam gained global recognition when he secured the 3rd Rank in the Sanskrit Exams conducted by the Cambridge University.
Needless to say, that Sri Vani’s name has always been held in high esteem by our patrons who see this as a strong bastion of culture and tradition. The numerous activities planned by the school to live up to its commitment to heritage and culture are well received by the public.

Whatever your dream, you must realize that PU is perhaps the most important stage in your academic career, because you can make decisions that impact your career. Why? You can build the future of your dreams, only if your performance is good – both in PU board exams and competitive exams like CET, JEE (Main) and AIPMT. For admission into a good professional college, a student needs good performance not only in Board exams, but also in competitive exams.
The ICSE follows the basics strengthening syllabus. Unlike in CBSE, as a student moves to higher standard, he once again has the previous standards basics in his new syllabus. For example, in CBSE, once complex numbers introduction is over, it is not repeated in higher standard. But, in ICSE all the introduction is repeated and then quadratic equations are handled. Even questions are based on the basics. This makes the basics of the topic very strong. This helps the student gain lot of confidence when higher studies are involved
ICSE syllabus is particularly important for students who prefer higher education abroad. Exams like GRE, TOEFL and GMAT have a lot of verbal ability testing. In ICSE syllabus, verbal ability is highly improved. A lot of importance is given to
teaching of grammar and increasing the vocabulary of the student. So, ICSE is preferred by students who are keen to study abroad.
